Your data at a glance
- This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- It loads nothing from third parties — fonts, graphics and videos are all hosted on our own site.
- It saves at most two small settings in your browser (your privacy choice and, if you allow it, your language).
- We only receive personal data when you choose to email, call or WhatsApp us.
- We never sell your data or use it for automated decisions about you.
1. Who we are
HALO MEDIA (“HALO”, “we”, “us”) is a creative and social media agency based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, working with brands in Saudi Arabia and India. We are the controller (in India, the “data fiduciary”) of the personal data described here. Our full business details are in the Business details notice. Privacy questions: connect@halomedia.biz.
2. What we collect, why, and for how long

We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health, religion or financial account numbers) — please don’t send it to us. We do not take card payments on this website.
3. Third parties, links and embeds
No third-party embeds. Our work videos are hosted on our own site. There are no embedded YouTube or Instagram players, maps, social feeds, “like” buttons, analytics or tracking pixels, and it does not load Google Fonts or any other external file.
Links out. Some buttons take you to other services — Instagram and WhatsApp (Meta), TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Maps and our clients’ own pages. Nothing is shared with them until you click. Once you leave our site, their own privacy policies apply.
Service providers. To run our business we use providers such as email, messaging, cloud storage, accounting and web hosting. They process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality and security terms.
4. International transfers
Because we work across Saudi Arabia and India, your data may be handled in both countries and on our providers’ servers elsewhere. We only transfer data where the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its transfer regulations, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, allow it, with appropriate safeguards.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — such as access controls, strong authentication, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting who can see your data. No method is perfect, but we will notify you and the relevant authority of a personal-data breach where the law requires.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can:
- Saudi Arabia (PDPL): be informed, access your data, get a copy in a readable format, correct it, ask us to destroy it when no longer needed, and withdraw consent.
- India (DPDP Act 2023): get a summary of your data and how it is processed, correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw consent, raise a grievance, and nominate someone to act for you.
- EU/UK visitors (GDPR): the rights above plus objection, restriction and portability.
Email connect@halomedia.biz with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect earlier processing.
Grievance contact (India) and privacy contact: connect@halomedia.biz. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) or the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Children
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. If we ever add analytics or any tracking, we will ask for your consent first.

لا نطلب بيانات حساسة (مثل الصحة أو الدين أو أرقام الحسابات المالية) — نرجو عدم إرسالها. ولا نقبل الدفع بالبطاقات عبر هذا الموقع.
3. الجهات الخارجية والروابط والمحتوى المضمّن
لا يوجد محتوى مضمّن من جهات خارجية. فيديوهات أعمالنا مستضافة على موقعنا. لا توجد مشغلات يوتيوب أو إنستغرام مضمّنة ولا خرائط أو خلاصات تواصل أو أزرار إعجاب أو أدوات تحليل أو بكسلات تتبع، ولا يحمّل الموقع خطوط Google أو أي ملف خارجي.
الروابط الخارجية. بعض الأزرار تنقلك إلى خدمات أخرى — إنستغرام وواتساب (ميتا)، تيك توك، لينكدإن، خرائط Google، وصفحات عملائنا. لا يُشارك أي شيء معها حتى تضغط. بعد مغادرة موقعنا تنطبق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
مزوّدو الخدمات. نستخدم لإدارة أعمالنا مزوّدين مثل البريد والمراسلة والتخزين السحابي والمحاسبة والاستضافة، وهم يعالجون البيانات وفق تعليماتنا فقط وبموجب شروط سرية وأمان.
4. النقل الدولي
لأننا نعمل في السعودية والهند، قد تُعالج بياناتك في البلدين وعلى خوادم مزوّدينا في أماكن أخرى. لا ننقل البيانات إلا بما يسمح به نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي ولوائح النقل التابعة له، وقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الرقمية الهندي، مع ضمانات مناسبة.
5. الأمان
نستخدم تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة — مثل ضوابط الوصول، والمصادقة القوية، والاتصالات المشفرة (HTTPS)، وحصر الاطلاع على بياناتك. لا توجد وسيلة مثالية، لكننا سنبلغك والجهة المختصة عن أي تسرب للبيانات الشخصية متى ما اشترط النظام ذلك.
6. حقوقك
بحسب مكان إقامتك، يحق لك:
- السعودية (نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية): العلم، والوصول إلى بياناتك، والحصول على نسخة منها بصيغة مقروءة، وتصحيحها، وطلب إتلافها عند انتهاء الحاجة إليها، والرجوع عن الموافقة.
- الهند (قانون DPDP لعام 2023): الحصول على ملخص لبياناتك وطريقة معالجتها، وتصحيحها أو استكمالها أو تحديثها أو محوها، والرجوع عن الموافقة، وتقديم تظلم، وتعيين من ينوب عنك.
- زوار الاتحاد الأوروبي/المملكة المتحدة (GDPR): الحقوق السابقة إضافة إلى الاعتراض والتقييد وقابلية النقل.
راسلنا على connect@halomedia.biz بعنوان «طلب خصوصية». قد نطلب التحقق من هويتك، وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا. الرجوع عن الموافقة سهل كمنحها ولا يؤثر على المعالجة السابقة.
جهة التظلم (الهند) وجهة الخصوصية: connect@halomedia.biz. وإن لم تكن راضيًا، يمكنك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا) أو مجلس حماية البيانات في الهند.
7. الأطفال
خدماتنا موجهة للأنشطة التجارية. هذا الموقع غير موجه لمن هم دون 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن علم.
8. التغييرات
عند تعديل هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه. وإذا أضفنا يومًا أدوات تحليل أو تتبع، فسنطلب موافقتك أولًا.
